FAQ.
Direct answers to the workflow questions that affect a buying decision. These answers reflect the platform’s published help guidance; confirm the options and conditions shown in your account before paying.
What happens after an item arrives at the warehouse?
JoyaGoo says it performs QC and uploads several photos to the order after the item reaches the warehouse. Those photos are the moment to compare the visible item with the variant and details you saved before payment.
What does QC cover for clothing?
Its published QC guidance says inspectors check clothing colour, size according to order remarks, and visible damage or significant issues. It also says it cannot guarantee every colour variation or loose thread, so QC should be treated as a visible check rather than a perfect specification match.
Does QC prove that an item is authentic or fully functional?
No such guarantee is stated. For electronics, the QC guidance describes a visual inspection of the item and accessories and says it does not perform power-on testing. QC photos therefore cannot by themselves prove authenticity, hidden quality or long-term performance.
Can every item be returned after QC?
No. The published return guidance describes a return or exchange route for eligible items, subject to the seller or listing conditions, the item remaining new and resellable, and other stated exclusions. Do not assume a return option exists for every seller, product or order status.
How long is the stated return or exchange window?
For eligible items, JoyaGoo states that a request can be made within five days, or 120 hours, after QC is completed. Its guidance also warns that the request button may disappear after the allowed period, so review the order promptly rather than treating the time limit as flexible.
Is the five-day return timing the same as the warehouse-storage period?
No. The five-day period is tied to an eligible action after QC completion. Warehouse storage is a separate timetable: the storage guidance says an item has 90 days of free storage after it becomes “Stored.” One clock does not extend the other.
What happens if I submit a parcel but do not pay its shipping fee?
The storage guidance says a submitted parcel receives 30 days of free parcel storage before the shipping fee is paid. Check the parcel page and act within the displayed period; do not assume that item-level storage terms apply unchanged to a submitted parcel.
Why can the final shipping amount differ from the first estimate?
JoyaGoo says the initial shipping deposit is based on estimated item weight, the method and destination. The final fee is based on the packed parcel’s actual size and weight, so packaging and chargeable dimensions can change the amount after packing.
What is rehearsal packing useful for?
The platform describes rehearsal packing as a way to obtain actual parcel details after packing before the final shipping decision. It can be useful when several items, boxes or budget limits make an estimate too uncertain. Whether it is available, and its current charge, should be checked in the account.
Are all shipping lines available for every order and country?
No. The shopping guidance says restrictions can filter which lines are available. Availability depends on the destination and the parcel’s characteristics, so select from the current options shown for the actual order rather than relying on a general recommendation.
Can the platform guarantee an international delivery date?
No. JoyaGoo’s guidance notes risks outside its control, including delays, customs action, taxes, damage and missing parcels. Tracking is available after a parcel is sent, but an international delivery estimate should be treated as an estimate, especially where customs is involved.
What is the most useful checklist before shipping?
Confirm the destination and available line, review the shipping estimate against the value of rehearsal packing, decide whether packaging changes or insurance make sense for the item, and keep a realistic delivery buffer. Before that, make sure any QC concern or eligible return action has already been handled.
